emergency tensioning retractor belt not stretch in start Fault Code: C1061&c1261

This fault. Iget from my icarsoft i980 & carly scanner
When I start the car, the belt does not stretch in both seats

RevETR-LF - Left front reversible emergency tensioning retractor (MB:
2518608385)
Fault: Control unit A76 (Left front reversible emergency tensioning retractor) is
defective.
Code: C1061
Fault: The supply voltage of the control unit is too low (undervoltage).
Code: C1261
RevETR-RF - Right front reversible emergency tensioning retractor (MB:
2518603985)
Fault: Control unit A76/1 (Right front reversible emergency tensioning retractor) is
defective.
Code: C1061
Fault: The supply voltage of the control unit is too low (undervoltage).
Code: C1261
