W164 OEM Look Dashcam DVR
I think this came out very nicely done. Don't you think? all wire hidden and looks like a factory option.
I went with the hard wire setup. I wanted a permanent hookup. I connected the ACC & Ground to the fusebox in the front passenger panel. And wired the 12V through the headliner to the back trunk fuse panel to the 12V Fuse for the power outlet with an add-a-fuse.
It also comes with a simpler connect to the OBDII port setup.
Here is a link for those interested. App on my iphone works great.

There are two ways of connecting the dashcam and when you please your order you specify with OBDII connection or not.
The easy way is with OBDII connection. Just plug it into the OBDII port and your up and running. But I didn't like that option because all it takes for a dealer or mechanic or anyone is to just un plug it and its not working.
The other option is to hard wire it into the power. That's what I did and its permanent and you cant see any of the connections. Its not for the faint of heart. You should no at least the basics of wire taping.
