Have no idea what E400 means and it is not a part number.

And what control arm, left or right and upper or lower?

E400 is a Mercedes Sedan, and I don't understand too!

Control Arms for 4JGBB86EX9A524263:

Lower:
Left: A164 330 3407
Right: A164 330 3507

Upper:
Left: A251 330 0707
Right: A251 330 0807

The control arm from an ML 500 will probably work, but it it better check with the VIN. Can you get it?

Your numbers are correct and they are the same as an ML500.
