CAN'T CONNECT MY PHONE BLUETOOTH

I use to have my phone (Samsung note 5) connected to my w164 command. Had to reset my phone some weeks back. Been trying to reconnect the Bluetooth with my phone to no avail.
l can still see my phone registered in the command but can't delete or connect to it. Please what should I do?

I'm sorry, but it is a terrible write-up of the problem you are having. What does "I used to have" mean?

Are you still using your Samsung or do you have a new phone?

Did you click on the OPTIONS button?

Do you have a scanner to read the codes in the Command module?

This might help.

UPDATE: got to my mechanic and he helped me wipe my old Samsung note 5 registered there. And carried out the above reinstallation process. All done on the COMMAND. Thanks
