Active Headlights Inoperable

Active Headlights Inoperable
Has anyone came up with the fix for this other than replacing the entire headlight assembly? The headlights work fine but I guess the "active" part is what is inoperable. Any assistance/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Below is a general Google search and one that supplies good info. Check fuse #54 in the load compartment fuse box.
You must have a to read codes in all modules which will narrow down the location of the problem.
