2007 ML350

I hit a MONSTER NYC pothole and destroyed a rear rim, cracked the passenger side tie rod and apparently the passenger side control arm is messed up as well. I’ve gotten everything replaced and repaired and got an alignment, and my dash still reads “ESP Inoperative”. Is this just a sensor problem?
