Ml63 AMG 2007 bonnet/hood switch
Hi the bonnet/hood light came on today telling me the its open so i have replaced the switch and its still the same
can anyone have a input to what maybe wrong

On the lock where the switch is, press down the latch with a screwdriver until it locks. Then have someone pull the release handle and see if the latch snaps back up or slowly comes up.
If the latter, lubricate with WD40, or similar, and perform the above procedure until it snaps back up.
