ML550 no electric at all 😕

Hello.
I have a 2010 ML550 was using defrosters, seat heater and heater on high to defrost ice when the engine and everything electrical died. Not even a dome light. Tested the battery and have 12.4 tested fuses and all seem good. Any ideas on what else to check?
No power to move seat to get to the battery area and no power to put car in neutral to tow.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Based on what you have said----sounds like a SAM issue!

Check the following fuses in the respective fuse boxes:

Fuses 27 & 28 in F4

Fuses 88, 89 & 90 in F33. You will have to remove the seat bolts to gain access.

Thank you sir. I will check those now. Can you tell me what type of bolt that is that holds the seats?

27 and 28 are good. Cannot get access to the front bolts for the seat to check the others you suggested so I will get roadside assistance to come take it to the dealership in the morning 😖
The seat bolts are 10mm in case anyone else ever asks...
Thanks for your help! I appreciate your time! 😊👍🏻

Why can't you remove the seat bolts yourself?

Why don't you go out and buy an extended 10mm box wrench. You are going to get killed at the dealer.

Can you turn the key in the ignition?

I tried an open end but the track of the seat is on top of the bolt and i cannot get it in there to get any leverage.
Yes. The key goes in and turns but there is no power so nothing happens.
So far roadside has sent 2 wreckers but i explained i need a lift and dolly since the car cannot go into neutral. I guess they feel like i am a stupid girl as the previous 2 guys thought they would jump the car after i told them that isnt going to work. The third is another hour away so i wait.

Make sure you instruct the dealer to let you know what is wrong.

Carefully watch the way they drag you car onto the flatbed truck.
