D2S hid bulb and ignitor install help

D2S hid bulb and ignitor install help
After removing the d2s bulb and ignitor I cannot get them to reinstall.
The metal clip for the bulb fell out, any idea how to get it back on the light assembly?
Second, the ignitor has a white plastic piece that rotates and triggers a clip for the 4 wire harness it plugs to. Should the little trigger piece in thew clip be up or down. Seems like there should be some order to the install such as install the igniter first then clip the wire harness in or clip the wire harness in and then install the igniter. Any help is appreciated.
This is crazy, spending hours to get simple bulbs in.
