As for the tire pressure monitor, which tire is it? It could be the sensor on that wheel that could be faulty.
If brakes are required, change them.
If not, the harness for the front wear sensor is known to go bad, so replace it.
I did all of the above and still had the error. Turned out to be a broken wire on the rear harness. The harness from the brake plugs into a connector in the fender well, and after that connector along the wire it was broken.
Reset the TPMS system in your instrument cluster menu after correcting all tire pressures. If it still goes off, it is a sensor. These sensors last 7 years so if you have original ones replace the entire set.
