Serpentine belt badly shredded, pieces got into seal and now causing oil leak. Can anyone help me why this belt keeps coming off??? All pulleys have been checked and cleaned and replaced properly...

Something is causing it to shred. Either the belt tensioner or ac pulley or power steering pulley.

Check all bu hand again. I know it's hard and sucks

Belt tensioner, water pump, idler pulley, all new when I fix crack in seal will double check pulleys again. Power steering pump may be it. AC and crankshaft may be the problem. Do you know how I can check for power steering, crankshaft, or AC faulty pulley??

Make sure you are fitting the correct belt with the correct number of ribs and that any new components just fitted have pulley with correct number of ribs.

Number of ribs changed in 2007 production. I know from experience that when mechanic orders wrong belt, the incorrect belt comes off really quickly.
