Transmission vibration
My ML350 bluetec 2010 , the transmission was vibrates at 80 , 110 km/hr , the mechanic advice me to change the lubricant, so he change lubricant , filter & seal , the lubricant was very dirty , the car became perfect , no vibration , after about 7000 km the vibration come again ! even at 140 km/hr steady speed !
Should I change the lubricant again ?
Knowing that it done 205000 km
And the vin is

The mechanic changed the filter
I read in this forum we have to flash the gear so that to remove dirty lubricant in the coolant
Do you thing I have to flash it or just change the lubricant
And should I have change the filter again?

I bought this car on April 2018 , it done 169000 km , when I noticed this vibration I changed the 4 tires , brake pads and brake disks , the vibrations still
So I changed the front shock absorbers and the bushings and steering shaft bushings and the engine mounts and the vibration still
Just in February 2019 it done 197000 km , I went to the transmission gear technician he told me this because either the gear turbine is bad or the lubricant is dirty
So he check the lubricant And says it's very dirty ,accordingly he change the lubricant And filter and seal
When I drive the car the vibrations gone , just befor 2 weeks it came again some times , now it done 205000 km
So I think I have to change the lubricant again !
So I need your advice ?
Knowing that I live in Iraq in which the temperature in summer about 50 ° C
May be high temperature distroy lubricant early !
