Leaking radiator

Hey maj, I'm having an issue with my radiator leaking coolant. I thought it was the hose because the leak was coming from where the upper hose that connects to the radiator. Its seems as if the radiators fluid is being forced out, Could there be the cause to this before i just change the radiator. A sensor or a pressure release valve something??

It always goes to normal temp. The car hasn’t been over heating, only once when i forgot to fill up the reservoir.... but here is where the leak is coming from. Around the base as if its being forced out

What is the color of the coolant?

If there is no overheating, then it cannot be a sensor.

The coolant is blue when it comes out.... ok so sensor is ruled out... Its really boggling my brain because i thought it was the hose seeing as thats where the active leak is coming from

If you replaced the hose then it is the radiator. Buy Valeo radiator with reputable distributor.

You can't go from one question to the other without telling us what happened to the radiator. Did you replace it yet?

Did you check the level of the P/S fluid?

Why do you want to change the P/S pump?

Ok sorry..... Let me start fresh, ive ordered it but it hasn’t come in yet. So to answer that no I haven’t replaced it yet. But while just looking over the vehicle, just seeing what all ill have to do. I noticed a hoes that runs from my power steering reservoir to the left side or my radiator. Currently my power steering doesn’t work i replaced the fluid and everything i need a new pump,it makes a wining noise when ever i turn so i know its time for a new one. But to go back to my question, since its odd how the radiation fluid is being forced out the upper hose That attaches to the radiator. Could it be because my power steering isn't working, that building up pressure in the line?,or that has nothing to do with it?

The leak on the radiator has nothing to do with the P/S whining .

Everyone believes that when the P/S pump whines, it is the pump. The P/S reservoir has a special screen inside it to eliminate P/S noise. When the screen ruptures you get the whining.

Do not buy the pump. Purchase the reservoir, gasket and the clip only from the dealer only. Aftermarket parts will not mate up with original pump.

Follow the instructions in the PDF for removal of the reservoir only. Then after removal, the eng. must not be started, the two front wheels must be raised off the ground and the steering wheel must be turned from lock to lock until the bubbles disappear.
