2010 ML350 Starting issue

I am having an issue with starting ML350 -2010.
This started 3-4 weeks ago. It does not start sometimes when I try starting with the key (i dont have keyless start). When it does not start, dash does not light up, nor it cranks when when is turned. After I try three / four times, it starts, sometimes i use jump start and it works. Most of the mornings it works okay, but later in the day - afternoons this troble occurs. The remote key functions are working strong, I have replaced battery to see if it corrects, but it did not. After it starts, it does not give any trouble.
i am wondering what could be the issue? starter? EIS? or anything else.
Please advise.

When you turn the key to start, are you saying it does not crank the engine, CORRECT?

Correct Maj. Dundee. It does not crank, stay quiet when I turn the key and starts after a few tries or jump start.

Will the truck start only after jump you jump start it or will it start after 5-6 times without jump starting?

Most of the time it starts without Jump, starts after trying three / four tries. But sometimes it needs jump. Most of the mornings it starts just normal, starts on the first try.

Whenever the no start problem occurs, do not try to start multiple times. Leave the key on and open the hood and locate the two jump start points and remove the covers to both points. NO ADDITIONAL BATTERY IS NEEDED.

Then using a DVOM check the the voltage. It should be 12.7 volts.

This test will show if there is proper voltage to start the truck.
