Hi all, got 08 Mercedes ML63AMG vin# 4JGBB77E38A353315 Transmission cooler line is leaking. Can anyone give me a part # for the bottom line that goes to the thermostat please? Thanks in advance

WIS AR27.10-P-0501-03CW for a C300 with 722.9 7G-Tronic says first of all to clean the mating parts, to avoid contamination in the lubrication system. The rubber dust covers come off, then you will see a wire retaining clip that needs to come off with a "hook", as WIS calls it. I would use an awl or narrow thin blade screwdriver. The wire retaining clip needs to be replaced, it is a single use part. Replacing the wire clip requires careful work to install the clip into the fitting without bending it, prior to insertion of the cooler line into the fitting.
For the ML63 with 722.9 7G-Tronic I was not able to find this specific instruction in WIS. However, the connector looks like it is the same type.
