I want to replace rear coil springs on a 2011 ml350 without airide
Hi I have a 2011 ml350 blu tec 4 matic without air ride, the rear passenger spring is broken toward the top of the spring, and I want to replace them in pairs, the oe springs has a white stripe then my question is could I purchase the Bilsteins at a price around $65. or do I have to buy OE at $170. each??. also the rubber mounts thats on the top and bottom of the original spring should probably be replaced also, I would guess thats only available through MB?? Also has anyone used the $65-75 dollar coil spring compressors thats on E-Bay and amazon ?? they look like they will work on this ML !! Thanks In advance, PS if anyone has part numbers Please share them, Thanks Again, Joe

A1643240404, coil spring, color marking: 1x white, quantity=2
I would use OEM springs. Spring rate, ride height and durability will likely be closer to original specifications.

I'm running bilstein rear coils on my son's C320. No difference from OEM. I'd run them on the ML also, if I had to.
