Xenon head lights
Can you change the internal fixings of a Halogen headlight to accept a Xenon bulb. I have a ML320 that has Xenon headlights but the driver side needs replaced and it is cheaper to buy a used non Xenon headlight. The other question has anyone had any experience with the non OEM headlights

Confusion.
First you say you have Halogen headlight and want if to accept a Xenon bulb.
Then you say, I have a ML320 that has Xenon headlights but the driver side needs replaced.

i am sorry that you are confused but I never said that I had Halogen light on my vehicle.
I was only asking if a person wanted to use a Halogen headlight could he or she change the internal to accept Xenon light bulbs.

For what reason do you need to replace the headlamp? Is the lens damaged?
The Halogen headlamp that you bought can be converted to accept Xenon bulb if you will be able to remove the lens and replace the internals from your Xenon headlamp.

Probably cheaper to fit a pair of normal headlights and fit HID kits.
There's a firm posts on the forum that does them at a reasonable price for the HID kits.
Dunno, if you'd run into some coding nightmare tho, if you did?!
