Ml 350 problems

Hi, new to the forum.
Have a ml350, and has been trouble free. But all of sudden has 12 active codes. Mostly communication problems... instrument cluster, ecm etc. Wiper doesn't work either.

It does run and drive.

Would these have any ground fuses?
I noticed a little wire on the ground by battery, would that have a fuse by any chance?
(it didn't make a difference when I unhooked this little wire as far as codes go)

Thought maybe someone on. Here might have had something similar..
Thanks in advance.

This place is a joke.
Has it rained recently? Check for water under the carpets.

Post a photo of this wire near the battery.

Clear all codes, turn key off. Wait 20 secs. then check for codes again.
