Best Bike Rack For ML350?
Greetings...our venerable 2007 ML350 with 287,000+ miles is in need of a bicycle rack; needs to be suitable for wife/daughter to load their road bikes. .Im not in need of a rack as I ply the local roads w my classic Gary Fisher mountain bike...
I looked under the rear of the ML and didnt see anything that looked like a hitch mount. I think I have a hitch from when I bought it Way Back When.
Any advice from fellow ML350 owners welcome..

U-Haul or similar can install a hitch (drawbar). Thule and Saris make well-accepted hitch racks.
I have a Thule mounted on roof crossbars on the GLE350, but that might not be easy/possible for your wife and daughter to load.

I bought my hitch from etrailer for around $180.

I got bored the afternoon it arrived, and did it myself- very easy.
I didn’t want to try installing the wiring, so had Uhaul do it. They charged me around $160 to install wiring, which wasn’t bad because the wiring harness (part CMF59200) was $75 of that. So they basically installed it for $85 labor.
I did this so I could tow our boat or utility trailer, but also use a hitch mounted bike rack. I thought about using a roof rack, but I can totally see my A.D.D. *** accidentally driving into a parking garage or drive-through forgetting about our bikes on top haha.
