Need help with code 111500 & 111600

We have a 2011 Mercedes Benz ML350 bluetec We have completely cleaned the DPF and changed the upstream NOx Sensor. There is zero soot contents. I have cleared the code numerous times. It keeps coming back. The regeneration frequency of the DPF is not ok. is the first code. The second code 111600 is Regeneration of the DPF is aborted,. Can someone please help me find out how to eliminate this issue or diagnose it.

This place is a joke.
Welcome to the nightmare of owning a bluetec Mercedes. Your options are to replace the ENTIRE def system with new parts, which will cost more than the car is worth, or cut your losses now and sell/trade the car for whatever you can get. I'd suggest option #2.

GL350 Bluetec
Hi,

I too have this fault code. So far, I have put another engine in it ( overhauled). A new starter motor, new alternator and new MAF sensor. Still having the same issue. When I delete this fault code, the light comes up when I drive the vehicle for 15 minutes. Even when the light is on, the vehicle drives fine. The only thing is that the gas consumption is very high. Nearly 20 liters for 140 km (highway). PLEASE HELP!!
