So this all started because I made a mistake and ordered the wrong rotors. I wanted to do a little upgrade to the brakes by getting some drilled rotors and upgrading the pads (Brembo Semi Met). But i ordered the 350mm front disks instead of the 330mm and the vented rear disk instead of the solid disk. This was very quickly figured out when I put the new rotors up to the old one. I reached out to see what the return policy was but at the same time was curious about what was different with the 350mm rotor calipers. Now with my B7 A4 a common upgrade is to get the caliper brackets for a S4 and you can reuse your stock caliper and run the larger rotor. So i thought it might of been the same situation here so I went to the parts store to see if i was right and it looked pretty close so i decided to take the risk and picked up a set to test fit and see if it would work. Now with that being said I understand that the biggest improvements will most likely be the upgraded pads and the larger rotor in the front and vented in the rear will just mostly help with brake fade and not stopping power. Below are some pics and I will post the video when i'm done editing it. Let me know what you guys think and I will let you know how well they work after we put some miles on the setup.
