Drained Battery Aftermath
Hi everyone,
Battery on my ML350 was completely drained the other day due to prolonged parking. I used the battery booster, as I had done several times during the recent months. But this time I noticed the backup camera is inoperative, screen doesn't change at all when in reverse. The reverse lights though work properly. The car radio volume doesn't work and the radio doesn't shut off when Key is removed from ignition and the driver's door is opened. I did the scan and it returned tens of DTCs (attached). Checked the fuses under the hood and they were all ok.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks,

I have never seen a massive list as yours.
Delete all the code in every module. Turn key off and wait 2 mins. before checking for codes again.

I just did that and all codes disappeared. I ran the engine a bit longer to get the battery fully charged and jiggled all the relays in the cargo area and everything is normal again. So much problem with slightly lower battery charge. Hope this will help someone in future.
Thanks for your support

Always remember the the CEL will only come only if there is something wrong with the engine. So every once in a while you should scan for codes in all modules to see if anything is wrong.
