Hello all,

I’m having an issue with my wife’s 2011 Mercedes-Benz ML 350 4Matic and I’m hoping y’all can help. Both of the low beam headlights stopped working at the same time this week. I replaced both lights and I swapped out the (112) 7.5 amp fuse, but they still won’t turn on and the dash still shows they're out. Does anyone have an idea of what else could be wrong?

Do you have Bi-Xenon headlamps?

Did you scan for codes?

 

Nope they’re halogens. I tried scanning for codes, but there isn’t any.

 

Jay, if two headlamps are not working, there has to be codes. You must check for codes in the front SAM.
