ml350

ml350 infotainment system issue

Hey guys, my 2007 ml350 infotainment system is stuck on the MB logo and won't show anything else than the logo on the screen. The audio works.any tips?

2002 ML 320 & 2006 ML500

With the key out of the ign. , remove fuse #25 in the Load Compartment fuse box. Wait 30 secs. and reinstall fuse.

If that doesn't work, try this procedure also with the key out of the ign.

Thanks for replying, I tried removing the fuse for 30 seconds and nothing happened, I also tried the fibre optic bypass method before and that didn't work as well I tried it with the module under the rear driver seat and I tried removing the radio system and bypassing the fibre optic from behind the system, I couldn't

find the third module in the trunk but with my situation having sound coming out of the speakers I eliminated the fibre optic solution, as for the video that showed the module with the fan, I went there but didn't find such a module, I will include a picture.
