2007 ML320 CDI turbo actuator

Hi everyone, I have a 2007 ml320 Cdi for the past 3-5 months I’ve been getting a p0101 code. I replaced the maf sensors and pipe, the pcv valve, and exhaust back pressure sensor with no luck. Now the truck seems to judder when accelerating from low speed, especially when cornering eg coming off a roundabout or letting of the throttle and stepping on the gas again. Got it scanned today with a better scanner and got these codes:
2510 - [1] Check component Y77/1 (Boost pressure regulator). Positioner signals fault.
2510 - [2] Check component Y77/1 (Boost pressure regulator). Positioner signals fault Y.
2263 - [1] LIN message from component 'Generator' faulty Faulty message or timeout
3117 - [1] Check component Mass air flow sensor. Right Offset drift

from checking other posts it seems to be the turbo actuator. Is this a common failure on these engines? also have a leak on the driver side (USA) so left side of inside the suv. It’s near where the turbo and intercooler pipe connect as I can see some oil residue. Can the turbo be leaking? Sorry for the long post

Did you delete the codes after replacing all those parts?

Yes it is common and all those seals must be replaced.
