My 2011 ML 350 BluTec Keyless Go is not working. I can't enter the car without the clicking the button on the key, nor does the button work (I insert the key and turn now). I have replaced the key fob batteries, tried the second key, and have tried starting it in multiple places (incase radio interference was a problem). This has been a problem for the past three years, and I am deciding to act on it now.
Any help is much appreciated

P.S. Any people near Toronto, Canada that know where to get better lug nuts, or have a spare LED driver's side tail light, please please reply to this forum, I will buy them.
P.P.S. Anyone who knows a good tune for this ML, please reply as well.
I would take out the front SAM out and see for water damage. wash it with %90 alcohol with a soft brush and let it dry real good before put it back in.

i have the same car and the keyless go is not working. There is no sign of key not detected or something like that. It just doesnt work.
Dude I had a similar issue with my 2022 GLS, turned out the fob was dead and just needed a replacement. Make sure to check the battery and try resetting the fob before calling Mercedes or taking it to a dealership. If that doesn't work, reach out to me and I can walk you through the troubleshooting steps I took.
