Check coolant

Hi
Recently replaced oilcooler and coolant resevoir (had oil in coolant) flushed the coolant system and now keep getting check coolant level warning .. However the coolant level is perfect .

Any suggestions please.

Geoff, there are multiple codes/code that can be set in the DTC ECM. After repair, codes must be deleted.

Thank you for the reply . My mechanic qualified MB workshop has reset all error codes after repairs
