ID a wiring harness plug
W164 ml300 2011 model rear boot wiring harness …goes up into the rear boot but haven’t removed the cover
can anyone tell me where this goes to as I am getting battery drain when leaving the vehicle over night. You can hear a electric sensor or motor noise every minute or so, like it’s checking if it’s locked. I I disconnect the harness it stops….so feel there must be a fault where it connects to at the other end… anyone experienced a similar problem?
I have replaced the tailgate lock assembly 2 times thinking it may be faulty but still happens with the replacement ones. Original lock assembly stopped working and been replacing with eBay ones. This problem didn’t exist until the new locks were fitted. Appreciate any imput
cheers Rob
Disconnect and unclipped from board
In its original position clipped to rear fuse board
