Icarsoft MB V2.0
Looking for some help on a problem with my icarsoft MB V2.0. Purchased in December, still in warranty.
last week it started having problems - the unit appears to power up fine, but when trying to access MB specific functions I get an error.
I have reached out to iCarsoft tech support several times - no response. The unit was fine, but they should honor the one year warranty.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get warranty service on this unit? Bought through Amazon, their website says to contact the manufacturer.
Or have any tips about how to repair. I did try the software update process - successfully updated, but still getting the error message.

I did try a new card, and it updated fine according to the app, but the unit won’t boot up at all and gives me a new error. I sent in another enquirer to iCarsoft today. Hoping for a reply.

If you still have it, try loading an older software version. I would go n-1, where n is rhe newest version. Use a third card, if you can.
If that does not solve the problem, return is the best option.
