Rear SAM problem ML350

I have a problem with my rear Sam model ML350 W164 2006.
Water ingres and has some corrosion/damaged.
Any info where I can repair the unit or buy same p/n with same software?

it is the same SAM Unit, the numbers have a supersession, most don't need reprogramming when are new
