Exhaust Heat Shield - 2006 ML500
Hi Everyone,
The left exhaust heat shield sitting on top of the muffler behind the rear wheel came off loose yesterday and started a huge rattling sound. I wedged a piece of wood to stop it temporarily. I tried to get the shield out but it wouldn't come out. There's hardly any info on these out there.
Is there an R&I for this that I can have. If not what is the part number.

Thanks Major. Sorry for my not fully understand. Are these possible causes of this failure? Also would you have the R&I for the actual heat shield and the part number. I think the shield may have been broken at the connection. Thanks
