Help me locate VCS and CTEL

Hi, Trying to install an Alpine headunit using Aerpro fp8406k fibre kit and have no sound.

Car is Australian w164 2011 with ntg2.5, HK amp, phone, linguatronic and Bluetooth. I have installed a fibre bypass at the Bluetooth module above the glovebox and think I need to do the same at the Ctel and Vcs…but I can’t find them. They are not under the rear seats.

Anyone know where these modules are in the rhd my11 Australian cars? I could run direct fibres to the amp but don’t want to cut the carpet if I don’t need to.

TIA.

After some digging I can see the amp has two fibres in a black corrugated conduit. I can also see at the right kick panel two fibres in the same type of conduit. This goes under the dash to the mmi module and the head unit with a y cable - loop in/out.

So it appears the modules are somewhere between the b pillar on the left above the amp and kick panel on the right before the y cable in the dash.

Still can’t find them lol. In the short term I’m going to bypass the amp with the incartec cable option while I think about it more….the new head unit has a class d nominal 17w amp so it’ll be loud enough for me. I’ve hooked up the single central speaker to be able to have phone calls and it sounds surprisingly good with just that so I’m encouraged. If I give up completely on the hk fibre option at least with a new amp and or speakers I can reuse the bypass cable to keep the internal cabling. Amazed I can’t find these modules tho….

Here is the location of the CTEL.

As for VCS it refers to braking and its codes in ESP & BAS.

Then look under the right rear. If it isn't there, I can't help you.
