Looking for some cheap winter wheels and tyres and there are lots more options secondhand for Audi or VW (share the same PCD) on 18" but it appears most with have a ET30 offset, Mine is currently on 19" with a ET50 offset, obviously it's not ideal to change the offset but thinking 20mm will result in a slightly wider stance and no adverse affects....anyone have any experience toshare?

when I was younger and used to modify and track race cars alot, my friends and I used to swap wheels all the time and as long as you didnt go narrower (or too wide) it made minimal difference but not sure on a big SUV
