W164 Coil Spring Replacement
Hello all,
I am new to this forum.
My wife's 2011 ML350CDI 4Matic, Engine No: 64282041089139, Chassis No: WDC1641252A706188 is chewing through the inside of the front tyres (255/50 R19 Conti Crosscontact UHP).
The front ride height is roughly 30mm lower than the back and I assume this is the cause for the tyres wearing on the inside as no camber adjustment is possible.
Can anyone help me with what Coil springs will be best - the local MB dealership wants to charge a small fortune to replace the springs and they say they need to strip the springs out in order to find the colour code.
I at the same time want to replace the shocks (front and rear) with heavier duty shocks, Bilstein B6 seems to be the way to go from my reading.

I have a really good indy mechanic (ex head mechanic at a big dealership).
The problem with importing from Europe is the duties almost double the cost of the parts...
