having issues removing lower front plastic piece off the front bumper.
removed 6 bolts off the bottom and cant see what else is holding it in .
previous owner painted over and its chipping .. would be
easier to paint off the bumper .

I believe that the entire plastic front cap is a single piece - at at least not individually removable. I’ve had mine off twice to repair a sensor and also to repair the AC. It includes removing fasteners on top, bottom and sides (sides found in the wheel wells behind the liner.)
