Hi All, cannot find replacement connector #561920 with pigtail 4 wires, mine is twisted to **** and the locking tabs were broken when I got the vehicle. I get a p0101 code every time I start the truck and have to clear it. I replaced the Y manifold from the air filters to the turbo because it was cracked and trashed at the turbo center attachment point. Electrical meter shows varying values when the wire is moved around so I need to replace the connector and the wires together but the only ones listed for my 2008 ML320 have only 3 wires which will not fit. Any help sourcing the proper one appreciated,

 

Update: Had trouble finding a new plug connector and when found it was the plastic part without the metal wire connectors, could not find a compete plug with a pre wired pigtail. MB was useless as they said according to my vin it was a 3 wire connector to the map sensors and the factory ones in the vehicle are 4 wires each. My remedy was to cut back the wires and wire a 4 plug connector set in it's place so it is detachable to service the air intake filters and turbo inlet gasket. I had to solder the wires to the map spade connectors and used crimp connectors to the cut down wire loom. All good.

 

brother digikey nd other electronic wholesalers sell male and female pins to build those connectors or even a similar one if =you get the right parts r=tp build both male and female ends. usually they don't cost a lot but you have to measure carefully and study the catalog. yjr other avenue is age junkyard, yes mb dealers arebt the best or real help. you might try fro or pelican ipd our similar
