2006 ML350 front seats malfunction

2006 ML350 front seats malfunction
Hello guys.
Bought another money pit Mercedes. 2006 ML350 with timing chain slipped so had to swap another engine into it.
BUT have an issue I can't find the reason. Both seats are not moving. Car came with dead battery with the pass seat all the way to the front.
Checked fuses I think 27-28 (30amp) in the trunk and they are all good. Checked the K relay - Ok! G connection 21 pin (red and blue) 12V with key off the car. Fuses for rear SAMs in the battery compartment - Ok. Rear wiper is moving.
WHY? Need your help guys!

Another issues:
Scanned the car with ZURICH ZR11S:
ABS module gives me following error codes:
5420 - Fault or disturbance in can message from control unit N15/3 (ETC[EGS] Control Unit)
5026 - No can message was received from control unit transmission control
7220 - No can message was received from control unit N15/3 (ETC[EGS] Control Unit)
5399 - Can signal "gear selected" from control unit N15/3 (ETC[EGS] Control unit) is implausible
6001 - The supply voltage of the control unit is too low (undervoltage)

5024 - One or more signals sent from control unit engine management via the can bus is implausible
Anything to worry about?
