OM642 random shuts off

OM642 random shuts off
Hello
I have a 2006 ML320 and after rebuilding the engine and driving around 1k km this problem appeard while i was washing the car. It randomly shut off by itself for no reason and no weird noise. After plugging in the tester i have no errors and i tought it might be a one time thing. I tryed to start it 2 more times but as soon as the starter released (around 600 rpms if i remember corectly) it would shut off, only starting after I let it sit for about 1 hour. Things got weirder when I moved it back to her spot and it wouldnt shut off by itself anymore so I pluged the scanner to see if anything is wrong and I got nothing. The second i unpluged the scaner it shut off and now im back to square one with it shutting off as soon as the starter lets go. Any ideeas what it could be? Thanks
