2011 ML350 - P0155 Component Y16/2 Problem
2011 ML350 4Matic gasoline, My VIN: 4JGBB8GB8BA659767 about 160k milage
The car is running fine as far as I can tell. However, there is a current code 0407 - Component Y16/2 (Heating system shutoff valve) has an open circuit in the wiring. (P0155)
Any idea where I should start to fix this code?

I have the same issue except mine is P0115, Y16/2 Code P0115 0407, were you ever able to resolve the issue? I have same going on in my 2006 C230.

P0155 code
Many P0115 errors are the thermostat is sticking. They are probably the number 1 part replaced on many MB engines. Relatively an easy job.. don’t reuse the Oring in the housing.. would probably buy the upper hose and thermostat will be complete with housing. Change your antifreeze at the same time would be another addition I would make.
