We want to replace the Right Front Wheel Sensor on my 2011 ML350 Bluetec and based on what we can find when ordering parts, the front right and left should be able to use the same part. However the right looks different than the left so are there two separate parts? I’ve attached a pic of the right side. How does that box come apart without wrecking it?

Sensors for the front match left or right. Same as for rear, although they're different between front and rear. The box? Does it have a plastic security sticker you can cut?
