MMI Bluetooth

2009 ML350
I hooked up an invery MMI to Bluetooth adapter that I bought on Amazon.
I’m able to stream from my phone. The issue is when a call comes in/out the phone starts cutting in and out.
I’ve read in other post that this could be an issue with the Comand NTG 2.5 but those were older post and wanted to know if anyone has a solution. (I do not want to go to an aftermarket radio). I use iPhone but read it happens to android users also.

is it an aftermarket adaptor? i was actually looking into this last night and from my research it may be best to stick with the OEM cable from mercedes. get one off amazon and test it out. you can return it if it doesn't work out

I am happy to report that it works briljant on my ML350 2010. I can connect my Samsung S20 through the BT MMI dongle for music with a crisp sound over the Harman Kardon Logic7 installation. At the same time I am connected to the original head unit for using my phone to call.
Music stops when I receive a call and starts again when I hang up.
All works as I wished it would

i will order it and try it out.
Can you go to the next song with steering controls?

the one I have you can control the songs from the steering control and the song title shows up on the Comand. But the issue is the phone calls cut off.

Nothing shows up on COMAND and no skipping songs with the steering controls, but telephony and music works good together

I ordered this one https://a.co/d/cBx5uba
but this issue is the same as the invery.
the audio sounds good but when taking calls the calls go in and’s out. This is a very frustrating issue

I have coupled my phone on the BT off the radio itself and on the BT for the MMI (AUX)
I guess my music goes over the MMI/AUX and the calls over the BT on the radio connection no disturbances.
