ML taillight seal question

ML taillight seal question
2010 ML350
just bought this baby today and I’m starting to tackle some of the issues and preventive maintenance items. One of them is the tail light seals.
i visited a couple of sites including FCP Euro and when I enter the part number for the seals it’s telling me that they are “not for cars with bi-xenon headlights”
my car has xenon headlights, but I’m trying to figure out what that has to do with the seals for the tail light.
I also want to change the crank case valve and camshaft plugs. Should I go genuine MB parts or can I wing it and get URO from rockauto? The camshaft plugs on rockauto are made by Dorman.
