Command stuck on Mercedes logo
2006 ML500
The COMAND unit turns on but is stuck on the logo. It plays sound but can't change CDs or stations. I looked around some forums, and people said that the issue lies in the DVD module. I was wondering if there is some kind of manual or diagram on how to disconnect and take out the DVD drive?
