I just had the starter replaced a few weeks ago and the wipers stopped working along with the 12v cigarette lighter socket. I searched the forum and found a fix, replaced several relays, and solved those problems but now have another one. When replacing a relay, I accidentally put it in the wrong spot in the fuse panel under the hood. I quickly took it out but it must have shorted something. I read a similar post, same symptoms, that said the fuse box itself was shorted.

Is there a way to open the fuse box to check? Does anyone know how to open the fuse box? Any other advice is appreciated. Thanks
