Angry P9100 Fault Code

Hi, I have a problem with my X164 320 CDI. After driving a few miles and stopping, all the lights on the instrument cluster and main console start flashing, also the front wiper and cooler fan starts working. When this happens I cannot change gear. Interestingly when I let off the brake/accelerate everything comes to normal. I checked with Star Diagnosis and the errors I have are:

1. 9100 (The instrument cluster no longer transmitting over the engine can data bus status. CAN bus OFF).
2. 2013-004 - Check component B14. CAN signal fault
3. C002 - CAN controller: CAN bus OFF
4. 1919 and 1917 - CAN controller: CAN bus OFF
5. 29C4 - CAN communication with other control units installed in this vehicle is not possible (CAN timeout fault)

Both SAMs are dry and there is no burning smell. The battery is fully charged. I check ground wiring and it's ok. This happens when I stop (it doesn't matter if I press the brake or put it on Parking), never while driving.
Any Ideas?
