OM642 Post Field Measure Error codes (Canada)

OM642 Post Field Measure Error codes (Canada)
Hey all I have a 2009 ML320 Blu tec had the Field measure done about a year ago, everything was running fine till recently went to limp mode with the following codes
P244B- Particulate filter Differntial pressure too high
P2463 - Particulate filter restriction
P2457- EGR Cooler A Efficiency Below Threshold.
P2002 - Particulate filter efficiency Below Threshold bank 1
P2459- Particulate Filter regeneration Frequency Bank 1
P040B- EGR Temperature Sensor A Circuit Range Performance
My understanding there is a 74,000KM or 4 years warranty post field measure work for any issues related. Has anyone with the Field measure done had any similar issues? If so was it a hassle to Get the Dealer to honor the warranty?
im debating on bringing it in or cleaning it myself with that Liquid Molly pro Cleaner kit,
Also if anyone has a diagram of how the emissions system piping layout is on the W164 OM642, that shows locations of the DPf, nox sensors etc...I seen a diagram here once can't seem to find it again
