wow what a difference, soooo much smoother after new chain,
i had a real hard time with taking the driveshaft out but 3-4 cycles of heating it with 550c blower and banging with a screwdriver and it popped out, also replaced flex disc with meyle old was practically welded to the driveshaft, took me 8hrs to undo both...
tools: e10 t55 torx prefereably short one 18mm open wrench to counter flex disc bolts 10mm for shields 16mm for hanger bearing
meyle flex disc came with 3 more nuts, oem has 6 bolts but 3 nuts
torque specs:
transfer case bolts 34nm (hard to see one at the top check if you unbolted before hammering on the transfer case sensitive aluminum)
driveshaft to transfer case 40nm and 90degrees,
flex disc 64nm,
hanger bearing bolts 40nm
i used meyle 236.12 red fluid about half a liter
on 350 cdi you caan take the driveshaft out without removing the exhaust if you take the flex disc off first which was nice
