09 ML63 error codes engine

09 ML63 error codes engine
I have had the intake completely rebuilt. No leaks. All corrosion cleaned and primed. new gaskets. Valve throttle bodies fine. New metal gaskets. Torqued down to spec with new screws. Vacuum leak error codes went away for months and 2000 miles. I have now seen signs of rodent activity. I do not see any damage. I took it to the useless Scottsdale Mercedes dealer. They diagnosed the front end..... I have the following error codes. Any thoughts, please? I have previously smoke tested the car extensively. No leaks. P2187 / 2091: the mixture in right cylinder bank is too lean
P2189 / 2095: the mixture in left cylinder bank is too lean when idling
P2187 / 745: Self-adaptation of mixture formation for enrichment at idle right bank above permissible limit
P2189 / 749: Self-adaptation of mixture formation for enrichment at idle left bank above permissible limit
P2187 / 2091: the mixture in right cylinder bank is too lean
