Difference in suspension?

Waiting for numbers on a fully loaded 2011 for a great price but might wait for 2012 but not fully loaded. What differences in ride quality can be expected? Is it totally a new suspension or significantly different.

Also are the xenon lights still expected to be delayed until 2012 as was previously speculated?

Lighting Package is listed as January 2012 in one place and March in another in the Ordering Guide.

Suspension differences

Are you referring to this quote from C&D, "...the Airmatic suspension will continue to be offered here as a part of the Dynamic Handling Package, which also includes 20-inch wheels (19s come standard), adaptive dampers, and the new Active Curve system, a decoupling anti-roll bar that disconnects in off-road situations—as well as normal straight-ahead driving—but reconnects during cornering"?

AFAIK, the base suspension is still the same. The DHP will likely improve both comfort and handling over the current optional Airmatic system alone, although the 20" wheels work against comfort compared to 19s. It is an option I am definitely interested in.

Edit: I just saw in the guide "Agility Control Suspension" as a standard feature, which must be what you were referring to. This is a system of "amplitude-dependent damping that adjusts based on the surface of the road and the driver's current driving style for every wheel individually, automatically for high stability, superb ride comfort, and maximum control" which is currenlty on the GLK and some other models. I would guess its effect is a moderate increase in suspension control for aggressive maneuvers without sacraficing ride quality. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZM0BxHDNf4
