Is the SPC ($250) Charge Per Item or Total?

SPC Charge and Option Pricing Info Request
I'm looking at the ordering guide that was posted in this forum (dated 6/7/11) and also referring to nadaguides.com build of an M-Class and need some help.
At nada, it says the 3-zone climate control, vented seats, and MB-Tex wrapped dashboard are all zero-cost options (other than the apparently one-time $250 SPC charge). Can anyone confirm? If they are not "free", does anyone have the MSRP for these options?
There is a "black headliner" option - what color is the headliner otherwise (grey interior)?
Is there an updated build-guide from Mercedes available for the 550 and/or the 350 that would have non-launch premium package pricing as well as up-to-date option pricing?
